Ensure adherence to Agile processes and must be enthusiastic about Agile practices and their benefits. He/she is both educator and coach, and must possess strong interpersonal skills.Train and develop management and technical leaders within your group must have ability to inspire and motivate.Articulate and communicate a clear technology vision to key stakeholders within the orgBridge communication gaps, align technology vision/goals, and optimize development teamsKnowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes applying principles and techniques.At all times comply with company policies, procedures and instructions.Implement new ideas and methods and continue to seek ways of both improving contribution to the organization’s goals and enhancing the reputation of the company.Work closely with senior engineers to develop the best technical design and approach for product developmentCreating artifacts/documentation for project monitoring and tracking and obtain approval from stakeholdersProviding input on employee objectives and feedback on performance.Leading efforts of virtual teams. You will be successful in this role if you have:
Graduate / Postgraduate in Engineering and 12 to 16 years experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
0-2 years’ leadership experience
Strong functional background in network and security domain.
Strong talent and team management experience using Agile practices
