The Components division is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Engineering Manager to drive the design, development, and optimization of Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBAs). This highly visible role is pivotal in shaping technical excellence, inspiring innovation, and ensuring engineering initiatives are fully aligned with long-term business strategy.
As the Engineering Manager, you will bring vision, leadership, and mentorship to a talented team of engineers. You will set the standard for quality, collaboration, and execution, ensuring that every project supports new product innovation, operational efficiency, and cost optimization.

Partner closely with division leadership to drive engineering initiatives that align with Annual Plan (AP) and Long-Range Plan (LRP) strategies.
Translate customer needs and technical requirements into actionable product roadmaps and development plans.
Oversee projects with discipline, ensuring progress is monitored, budgets are respected, and resources are utilized effectively.
Leverage data and metrics to make informed decisions that safeguard both technical success and financial health.
Technology Leadership
Stay at the forefront of emerging PCBA and adjacent technologies, balancing innovation with practical business impact.
Champion continuous improvement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency across manufacturing processes.
Ensure every project adheres to safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance standards.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical or Electronics preferred)
10+ years of engineering experience, with at least 3+ years in a proven leadership role.
Manufacturing experience required.
Proficiency in PCBA development and assembly processes preferred.
Willingness to travel up to 15% as business needs require.
