Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Engineering Manager with strong experience in mechanical engineering and experience in reverse engineering mining equipment. The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead a team of three engineers and utilize Solidworks software effectively.
ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of three engineers.Conduct reverse engineering of mining equipment.Utilize Solidworks for engineering tasks and 3-D modeling.Collaborate with the team to achieve project goals.Essential SkillsReverse engineering experience (4-7 years).Proficiency in Solidworks and 3-D modeling (4-7 years).Management skills.Experience in mining engineering (4-7 years).Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent job-related experience.Work Environment
The work environment is a machine shop-like setting, which is quite loud with a lot of large equipment. The Engineering Manager will work both in the office and the machine shop, and may occasionally work in the field. The company culture is fun and engaging with frequent celebrations of birthdays and holidays. There is a strong focus on advancement and achievement, and opportunities for certification in various disciplines, such as welding, are available.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
