Job Description

Location: Sharjah, UAE

Job Summary:
We are hiring an Engineering Manager to lead and coordinate all engineering activities on a major Waste to Energy project. The ideal candidate will manage multi-discipline teams, technical reviews, and EPC contractor deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead engineering team activities and ensure timely design submissions.Review and resolve technical issues and design queries.Ensure availability of latest revision drawings and proper document control.Coordinate between disciplines and ensure quality and compliance.

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering; advanced degree preferred.Strong understanding of multi-discipline coordination and EPC procedures.

Additional Information

Experience:

Minimum 15 years of engineering experience.5+ years in a similar PMC/consulting role.Waste to Energy project experience highly desirable.
