You will be working on improving performance for applications in information retrieval/search/recommendations, understanding of conversations, dialogue summarization, content moderation. A conversational AI tool that enables users to collaborate with generative AI and help augment their imagination, expand their curiosity, and enhance their productivity. **Responsibilities:** + Lead and mentor a high-performing team of engineers, fostering a collaborative environment. Guide engineers through the full software development lifecycle. Prioritize professional growth and provide opportunities for learning and career advancement. + Drive team planning processes to align with stakeholder expectations and ensure successful project execution. Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables to meet business objectives.
