Your Opportunity
This full-time role is about making an impact on people’s lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As an Engineering Management Administrative Assistant in Lynchburg, VA, you will be part of the proven team in the Stearns Roger Business Line in the Installed Base Business Unit. Under general supervision, you will provide a variety of secretarial and administrative support to a department/group of engineers and technicians. Assignments are non-routine in nature and usually require originality and ingenuity. This role exercises some discretion and independent judgment and is capable of analyzing complex requests. Duties may involve access to confidential information. Your work will include:
Provide Calendar Management for Product Line Manager and Direct staff Make complex travel arrangements; Create itineraries for travel Organize and support routine staff meetings, to include preparing presentations and taking meeting minutes Support more complex meetings and events, such as routine all-hands meetings, teambuilding and recognition events Create and edit technical documents and weekly/monthly reports. Reconcile and submit expenses. May also approve expense reports on behalf of managers. Submit time for individuals and approve timecards on behalf of Manager and staff. Adapts procedures, processes, tools, equipment and techniques to accomplish the requirements of the position. Provides support for cost center budgeting and job cost set-up. Serves as a resource to others in the resolution of administrative problems and issues. Anticipates and/or identify needs and issues within the organization and proactively initiate or facilitate solutions.Together we will enable clean, safe, and economical low-carbon energy to meet the global ambition for a better tomorrow.

Your Total Rewards Package
The range of base salary for the position is between $21.50 - $28.10 per hour and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
