McCain Foods is accepting applications for a Engineering & Maintenance Systems Manager position, to work at the Burley, Idaho plant. This role maintains all Maintenance Systems to drive continuous improvement of systems related to MDI, Maintenance Governance, Defect Handling, DDS, and Glide Path Additional Systems include; CMMS (Prometheus & SAP), Maintenance KPI’s, PSM, Maintenance Budgeting, Extra Ordinary Maintenance, and facility equipment in optimal operation condition. 

 

Investigate and eliminate mechanical or maintenance problems, which would affect manufacturing schedules.Conduct special studies as assigned, or perform self-initiated studies designed to improve departmental and factory performance.Create an environment that encourages BOS in your department.MDI Process & Maintenance Governance, Defect Handling, DDSBoiler & Refrigeration Processes & PSMQualifications:

Incumbent must have a general working knowledge of all factory operations including raw product systems, processing, packaging, palletizing, freezing, steam generation, instrumentation, etc.Skills:
