Your role at Clorox:

The primary function of the Engineering Maintenance Department is to provide system maintenance support to the production operations and plant facilities. The function of this position is to lead the maintenance group in daily operations, identify, develop, or conduct training as needed and implement strategies and processes to provide the highest level of equipment effectiveness. Support and manage department budgeting as it applies to parts and services in the plant. An individual assigned to this role is expected to be a member of the ERT.

The position starts on the 1st shift for training, which may last up to 1 year, and can transition to the 2nd or 3rd shift based on operational needs and employee performance.

In this role, you will:

Conduct Preventative Maintenance Activities on Production, Plant Utility Equipment and Building and Grounds.Assist with Performing complex advanced Troubleshooting and Repairing of all Production and Plant Utility Equipment.Plan and complete work using the preventative maintenance (PM) and work order (WO) processes and all documentation systems supported by maintenance.Generate work notifications; be able to lead team efforts in parts storage reductions and other PM functions.Advanced Troubleshooting and Repairing Production and Plant Utility Equipment. (i.e. mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical)

What we look for:

3-5 years Advanced maintenance experience required.Emergency Response Team Member.Self-directed leadership and support of WCO principles, programs, and objectives.Organizational skills; ability to develop a work plan and execute against it.Ability to demonstrate Advanced Analytical/Troubleshooting Skills including PLC, Electrical, Mechanical, and other related systems including PLC programming, shop tools and equipment.Ability to manage multiple priorities.Ability to demonstrate PC skills including MS Office, Excel, and SAP functions related to maintenance.Electrically Qualified (training provided)Ability to demonstrate knowledge of computer programming techniques and number systems.We seek out and celebrate diverse backgrounds and experiences.
