Assist Engineering projects that can support design and development of industrial machinery or improve internal operational efficiency. Work with Supply Chain teams to analyze data and support decisions that better drive efficient processes. Support production initiatives that drive continuous improvement in line development and manufacturing. Work on projects that support our globalization initiatives. 
Role/Purpose:Under supervision, will be responsible for supporting the Business Transformation team in the execution of key projects identified to support operational excellence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Execution of daily tasks that support projects aimed to improve the efficiency of our Engineering, Product Management, Supply Chain, and/ or Production teamsMaintains highest achievable 5S ratings throughout all areas of responsibilityOther duties and tasks as assigned

Minimum Education / Experience Required:Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in an Engineering Discipline with at least 48 hours of coursework completed
Preferred Skills:Familiarity with reading and interpreting electrical schematicsMicrosoft Office proficient
