Job Description:

This position aims to provide the sufficient engineering and planning service for preparing, scheduling and following up various maintenance, storage, engine and/or dismantling work. He/she prepares the work, ensures the follow-up and provides mechanics and technicians with technical support. He/she is required to analyse the parts of the aircraft in order to determine repair solutions in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines.

1.Prepare and set up the items of the maintenance, storage, engine and/or dismantling work site (Work Package, scheduling) in accordance with:

the protocol provided by the customer 

customised manufacturer documentation (AMM, IPC, etc.).

2.Establish work orders in accordance with the latest updates of the manufacturer's documentation.

3.Provide approved data for all work to be performed, maintenance, modifications or repairs, in accordance with the organisation's procedures and CAAC/EASA rules and requirements.

4.State work requirements in accordance with the technical documentation and the work protocol/programme (WP) provided by the customer.

5.Produce all documents required to ensure the completion of all contracted work and to meet allocated deadlines.

6.Assist in the follow-up and management of schedules (start of workshop, end of TA, TC workshop).

7.Ensure that all work carried out on aircraft has a work order (WO) saved in the existing system.

8.Ensure that the aircraft's technical documentation is available to work staff, in coordination with the Project Manager.

9.Distribute the required documentation sufficiently in advance to allow the organisations involved (Production/Procurement/GSE & Tooling) to deliver their associated product (Qualified staff/Equipment/GSE/ Tooling) on time.

10.Manage the follow-up and tracing of removed parts including equipment in coordination with the ordering officers.

11.View, during site inspections, the technical problems encountered on the aircraft.

12.Propose technical support to teams operating on site.

13.Provide operating experience.

14.Participate in the continuous improvement of assistance documents and tools and procedures in coordination with the Safety & Quality Department and the technical teams.

15.Assist the Project Manager on request.

16.Ensure the technical follow-up of maintenance, storage and dismantling work.

17.Be the technical focal point for managing the Work Package in conjunction with the Project Manager.

18.Prepare and manage additional work related to: Non Routine Card, Customer Work Order initiated by the Project Manager, Deferred work initiated by the Project Manager, etc.

19.Follow up and update work documents.

20.Support to Issue the CAAC/EASA Form 1.

21.Manage all technical records involved to ensure that an appropriate Certification of Return to Service can be produced.

22.Prepare the items of the release file with the assistance of "C" staff of the work site by approving the "Work Package".

23.Produce Return to Service supporting documentation in accordance with the customer contract and CAA/EASA rules and requirements.

24.Check the Work Orders.

25.Update the work orders in accordance with the aircraft schedule.

26.Ensure the follow-up of the airworthiness directives (AD) applicable to the related aircraft and equipment.

27.Support Project Manager to provide engineering service to customers if needed.

28.Carry out all the checks and tests required to ensure the technical compliance and traceability of the services provided.

29.Check and/or draft analysis reports.

30.Communicate with manufacturers in technical English.

31.Read drawings.

32.Ensure the summary of maintenance, storage, engine and/or dismantling work in order to capitalize on the experience acquired.

33.Issue the end of work file to support Return to Service.

34.Ensure that the Work Pack is closed with release documents and finalize the aircraft file.

35.Assess the project's positive or negative aspects.

36.Update the tech log book in order to "release" the aircraft:

Answer the tech log points

Manage deferred work

37.Release customer orders. Update the database and ensure that it is kept up to date in our ERP (work order, supplies, tools, etc.) in accordance with the manufacturer's technical documentation.

38.Library and Publication Management: Ensure that aircraft documents are kept current and available for all ALS operational activities and staff. Manage and dispatch documentation to all concerned ALS organizations and people.

39.Technical Records management: Manage all the Technical Records during and after maintenance check embodiment.

40.Embody AIRBUS' values and strategy and promote them within the team.

41.Other tasks that are assigned by the manager.

EDUCATION: 

Bachelor degree in Aeronautics, engineering or equivalent, or 

BTS or 2 years' higher education in Aeronautics, or equivalent 3 years' higher education in Aeronautical Maintenance, Aeronautical Design and Production, or equivalent, or

Aeronautical, Mechanical or General Engineer's degree (5 years' higher education), or equivalent, or

Aeronautical diploma course

1.EXPERIENCE: 

At least 8 years experience in the aviation maintenance industry.

At least 2 years experience in engineering related positions.

Having the experience of production planning.

Having the experience in a new capability set up is preferred.

With ENGINE and/or System background is preferred.

Having experience in CAAC DMDOR/EASA DOA or Part21 organization is preferred.

2.CERTIFICATION: 

CCAR Part-66R3 licence, category TA with English level 4.

Airbus and/or Boeing type rating experience, A320 & A330 is preferred.

3.LANGUAGE:

Fluent English both in written and oral speaking.

Command in technical English.

4.KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL SKILLS: 

Knowledge of aircraft technical documents.

Knowledge of aeronautical regulations (Part 145, FAA, etc.)

Customer and manufacturer relationship culture.

Computer knowledge.

Knowledge of map reading.

General aeronautical knowledge.

Draft documents related to the current work site.

Know how to use the tools provided (computer and technical documentation).
