The Engineering Director leads technology strategy and execution for our AI-powered SaaS platform, incorporating large language models (LLMs), agent-based AI modules, automation, and advanced workflow orchestration. This leader works high-performing engineering teams, ensuring delivery of secure, scalable enterprise solutions. The role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, aligning AI-driven initiatives with business objectives. Responsibilities: · Develop and drive technical roadmap integrating AI/automation features. · Collaborate with multiple engineering teams, fostering innovation and performance. · Oversee architectural decisions for platform scalability and security. · Collaborate with Product, Data Science/ML, DevOps, UX teams on seamless AI integration. · Enforce engineering best practices (Agile, CI/CD, DevOps). · Keep updated on emerging AI technologies and methodologies. Qualifications: · 10+ years software development; 5+ years in engineering leadership. · Proven expertise in enterprise-grade SaaS/cloud-native applications. · Strong experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and Agile practices. · Familiarity integrating AI/ML technologies. · Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
