Job Responsibilities:

What you can expect

Work with finance team and engineering directors to manage the global engineering budget and forecast.Provide support in SAP (data extraction, SAP configuration, purchase requisition, training, writing & tracking).Maintain global engineering employee headcount tracking and ensure correctness of data.Weekly report and analysis on global engineering time tracking.Develop new metrics that support tracking the progress of the engineering organization.Support purchasing, finance, HR teams on various tasks related to engineering (Contractors, PR/POs, Budget).Create process related training materials for the engineering community.Perform other duties, tasks, and assignments as requested by engineering management.Monitor and track project status weekly.Works with the product engineering management team on continuous improvement activities.Managing and controlling engineering and engineering management SharePoint sites, folders, and access.

What you’ll bring?

Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration or engineering management preferred with demonstrated strong project management skills.At least 2 years experience in automotive engineering/technology organization with problem solving and business decision capability.Strong skills in Excel. Experience with SAP preferred.Experience in project tracking, reporting, and financial support.Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, cost analysis) and proficiency in SAP.Confident user of MS Office and other business applications.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.Solid interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to multi-task.Strong organizational and leadership skills to prioritize, coordinate projects, manage conflicting needs and work independentlyAble to work effectively in a global environmentSelf-motivation, tenacity, and determination are very useful in this position
