Description\nPrepare preventive maintenance schedule.\nMaintain the cleanliness of all electrical panels, motors, electrical appliances, etc.\nDistribute the work to subordinates according to capabilities to get the best results. \nEnsure that the works done by subordinates are according to the specified standard. \nEnsure that all related tools are in safe place and in good working condition.\nFollow the preventive maintenance chart strictly and maintain records for future reference.\nCoordinate with other departments counterparts and ensure their satisfaction on quality and progress and create healthy inter-department relationships. \nCreate opportunities for engineering Colleagues to multitask and increase their skills ans knowledge.\nMaintain all kitchen and laundry equipment in good working order. \nDevelop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. \nMaintain the cleanliness of all kitchen and Laundry equipment.\nMaintain the performance of pumps and motors.\nOperate in a safe and environmentally friendly way to protect guests’ and colleagues’ health and safety, as well as protect and conserve the environment.\nComply with the hotel environmental, health and safety policies and procedures.\nMaintaining professional and friendly communications as the first point of call for general external enquiries and correspondence.\nCoordinating all operating systems including ensuring that telephones, computers, printers, photocopiers, recycling, etc are kept in good working order, including maintaining supplies for operating systems and arranging technical support when required.\nArranging meetings and arranging agenda items.\nPerforms other tasks or projects as assigned by General Manager, Director of Engineering and /or assistant Director of Engineering.\n Accomplishes a set of administrative duties such as leading and attending meeting, writing reports and memos and other specific duties related to the job function. \n
Key ResponsibilitiesThe incumbent responsible to oversee all procedures and identify efficient and cost effective measures for continual improvement, supporting the overall advancement of the quality system
