ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:
Creates and revises prints in Solid Works. Enters new part configuration information into MRP system including part numbers, routes, and product structures per direction from Engineering. Coordinates the Engineering Change Notification process and ensures that all changes are approved and correctly implemented in the PDM and MRP systems and that impacted departments are notified of the change. Assures current drawings are on file and accessible for Production/Manufacturing. Prepares drawings for customer approval. Assists Engineering with the special-order review process and ensures that customer requirements are captured and flowed down to the appropriate personnel/departments. Attendance at work is an essential function of the job.
EXPERIENCE:
Associate degree in a technical field, or equivalent work experience. Must have a high school diploma or GED. Must have excellent organizational skills. Must be able to work well with others. Must be proficient in MS Office products Must have Solid Works experience
