Engineering Change Management Facilitator

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage large and small changes for efficient and rapid execution.Provide transparency into change management process through reporting and communication.Monthly Progress Reports covering status of current activities being worked challenges / issues / best practices, budget, and resource utilization.Provide information to assist with Coordination & Prioritization of engineering work.Drive implementation across active projects.Navigate all corrective action systems (QNs, 5-Why, CAPA, PCM, PDP) as they relate to change management.Interface with BA to update cost models and assist with financial impact analysis.Update and manage ProMT measures as needed.Update Engineering BOMs as needed.Update Engineering Drawings as needed.Collaborate and communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and manufacturing personnel through clear, concise and complete verbal and written instructions.

Work Experience

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering is a preference 2-4 years of relevant engineering work experience Basic SAP and Teamcenter, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint Software knowledge Ability to work independently with clarity on scope and responsibility Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines High flexibility in taking new tasks/responsibilities Proactive and Solution Oriented. Ability to Pull inputs and interact with interface partners. Effective presentations skills are a must.

Desired Skills:

Knowledgeable of Generator product line Experience in Power Industry
