Engineering Change Analyst
Location: Mexico City (Hybrid)

As an Engineering Change Analyst, you will be trusted to review and approve Preliminary Engineering Change Notices (PECNs) and Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), assist ECN creators, and ensure all changes follow GxP requirements at our Mexico City office.

IN THIS ROLE, A TYPICAL DAY WILL INCLUDE:

Reviewing and approving PECNs and ECNs in compliance with GxP standards.Supporting ECN creators and ensuring documentation follows applicable SOPs.Documenting business user requirements and understanding data flow to support business processes.Preparing and delivering user training and implementing efficient data management procedures.Driving departmental projects while applying change management principles.Participating in team activities and providing guidance to junior associates.Adhering to GxP regulations through accurate documentation and consistent quality control practices.Contributing to overall organizational compliance and promoting continuous improvement initiatives.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.English language fluency (written and verbal).There is no minimum number of years of experience required for this position.

Additional Qualifications:

Knowledge of Windchill PLM and SAP systems.Basic skills in Microsoft Excel.Understanding of regulatory compliance in a GxP environment.Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
