Engineering Aide Specialist (Flight Test Analysis) Entry Level/Hourly

Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a Full\-Time Engineering Aide in Cape Canaveral, FL\. In this role, you will: • Compile and format historical program test data for use in machine learning applications, ensuring data accuracy and integrity • Perform data entry into databases, maintaining data quality and consistency • Coordinate secure data transfers between classified systems, adhering to strict security protocols • Maintain and organize team documents, including technical documents, meeting minutes, and action items, ensuring easy access and retrieval • Create and edit visual aids, such as images, diagrams, and presentations, to support technical documents and stakeholder engagements • Assist with tracking and management of government property, ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures • Develop and edit presentations for team meetings, project reviews, and stakeholder engagements, effectively communicating technical information to various audiences The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of: • Familiarity with systems engineering • Experience with classified data handling • Experience with data entry, including Oracle Database Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance\. **Basic Qualifications:** • Basic understanding of STEM \(science, technology, engineering and math\) principles as well as the ability to interpret, generate, and present technical material and problem solve • Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail to create high\-quality work products • Ability to work in a fast paced, high work volume, highly technical, small team environment • Ability to tackle detailed technical assignments often requiring learning or developing planning and integration skills • Desire to continually learn, ambition to proactively address challenges, and aspiration to work in a team with dynamic strengths and environment • Proficient with Microsoft Office \(Word, Excel, PowerPoint\) **Desired Skills:** • Familiarity with systems engineering • Experience with classified data handling • Experience with data entry, including Oracle Database **Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\. **Clearance Level:** Top Secret **Other Important Information You Should Know** **Expression of Interest:** By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match\.
