Engineer TAC NOC - PRI Customer Fault

Key Responsibilities
· To Ensure 100% service level adherence to business processes
· B2B & B2C customer fault handing by end to end closer within SLA with customer satisfaction.
· Periodic Audit of User Profile and Inventory management as a preventive measure to reduce fault rate.
· Migration to be complete with 100% success ( zero failure)
· Quick response and closer of off line and online cases.
· Ensuring all Voice feature testing on new FTTH Sites.
· Ensuring 100 % Barring/Unbarring closer within SLA with zero failure.
· New Product learning and knowledge sharing among team members to enhance team skills.
· PRI Traffic Report Analyses & Preparing
· PRI and Analog User profile (Copper/FTTH) creation, Modification, Deletion and use of tools (U2000 LMT,
SPG).
· B number analysis check, creation, Modification.
· Fault cases report preparation and analyses.
· Activity scheduling and execution with Inter department coordination.
· Fault analysis and troubleshooting of FTTH subscribers at MSAN end.
Experience & Skills
Skills Required

· Hands-on experience on IMS and Wireline products

· Basic knowledge of MS Office
· Cross functional skills
Work Experience
· At least 4-5 years of work experience and 2 years in Network of Telecom or related industry
