Job Responsibilities:

Objetivo del Puesto

Administrar la Base de Proveedores Mexicanos que envían material utilizado por las Plantas de Magna Powertrain División a nivel global, asegurando que envíen material que cumpla los estándares de calidad y en de acuerdo a las cantidades contratadas.

Perfil del Puesto

Escolaridad : Ingeniero Mecánico, Ing. Industrial, Ingeniero Químico, Ingeniero Metalúrgico, Ing. Eléctrico, Ing. Electrónico.

Experiencia Requerida: Mínimo 3 Años de experiencia en Calidad Proveedores

Conocimientos Específicos:

Conocimientos en Procesos de Manufactura dependiendo de su base de proveedores asignada (Fundición, Aluminio, Maquinados, etc.).Certificado como Auditor de Procesos VDA 6.3Certificado como Auditor de IATF 16949Conocimientos demostrables en Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, AMEF, Plan de Control, SPC, GD&T y  MSA).Metodologías de Análisis de Causa Raíz (Shainin, 5 Whys, 8D, DOE, Fishbone, etc).Conocimientos demostrables de Administración de Projectos (Project Managment) en el ambiente automotriz.Herramienta de Software (Minitab, Office, etc.).Ingles 90% (Habilidades Escritas y Orales).Awareness, Unity, Empowerment:
