【任职资格】教育程度:大学本科及以上学历,大学英语四级或以上,机械制造或相关专业工作经验: 相关专业经验2年专业技能要求: 供应商管理, GCG标准, TS16949, ISO14001, APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC,FMEA,8D,SRMA,机械制造专业知识,汽车制造专业知识,热处理基本知识。能力要求:工作积极主动,有较强的责任心和专业、敬业的工作态度。处理解决分析质量问题能力,谈判技巧,计算机应用软件,统计技Minitab,Qdas软件使用等。其他特殊要求:无*如有相关工作经验或者表现优异,或应届毕业生表现优异者,以上任职资格要求可适当放宽

【主要岗位职责】1.编制、优化体系文件,完善SQA管理流程1)根据公司管理流程,提出优化部门管理流程的建议。2)参与公司质量内审,实施采购件体系不符合项的改进。3)根据SQA年度指标,制定年度和月度工作计划,形成月度和年度工作分析报告。2.量产采购件问题响应1)跟踪量产件进货检验、生产和装配进度,快速响应,解决工厂抱怨和停线风险。2)质量问题的信息传递,分析,跟踪QR、CCAR、8D的快速有效关闭。3)采购件售后问题的信息传递,分析,提出改进建议,落实供应商改进效果。3.供应商绩效管理完成供应商质量评价及提供供应商评价报表。2)根据供应商月度质量表现状况,提出改进建议。3)确保采购零件PPM值、QR、Deviation、响应时间等达到OKR。4.供应商管理1)制定并与供应商签订年度质量提升承诺书。2)SPA1/SPA2。3)高风险供应商管理。4)收集EP件重要关键特性SPC数据及改进。5)组织量产采购件SRMA的审批和跟踪。6)组织量产采购件不合格品的评审工作。7)按要求推进供应商MQS、防火墙。8)发起供应商管理索赔,协调供应商对索赔通知单信息进行确认,协调供应商索赔申诉工作。9)提出供应商整合建议。5.遵守与执行体系要求1)遵循国家和政府有关劳动、产品质量、环境保护、职业健康安全等方面的法律法规及其他要求。2)负责本业务范围的质量、环境、职业健康安全管理工作。6.领导交办的其他业务
