**WATER QUALITY PLATFORM**
Water Quality (‘WQ”) Platform is part of the Environmental & Applied Solutions reporting segment and is a global leader in water quality analysis and treatment, providing instrumentation and disinfection systems to help analyze and manage the quality of ultra-pure water, portable water, wastewater, groundwater and ocean water in residential, commercial, industrial, and natural resource applications. **ROLE DESCRIPTION**
- To handle all operation and PM calls assigned with the committed SLA’s
-Complete Demo and I & C Jobs based on the projects boked
-To generate leads for new sales with increase Customer Satisfaction
**What You'll Be Doing** _(Job Responsibilities)_
+ Meet up the Response and Turn Around time on the calls assigned
+ Complete all the PM’s as per the schedule
+ Plan for all the I &C and Demo activities allotted
+ Develop good relation with customers to enhance the satisfaction levels
+ Generate leads by interacting with the customers and pass on through the Mkt Teams
+ Meet Service sales targets to achieve the monthly, quarterly and annual financial targets of operating revenue
+ Discipline on CRM packages of Service Max and SFDC
Qualifications
+ 3 - 6 years experience with a degree in Engineering / Diploma preferably worked on Hach / similar products
+ Willingness to relocate across India basis job / company priorities
+ Willingness to travel

Ability to quickly grasp & easily adapt new ideas, concepts, methods Proactive and action oriented Strong analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Has a good EQ and strong interpersonal skills and ability to build long term relationship. Teamwork and ability to work across cultures, locations and business teams Is open minded High on integrity
**Travel Requirements** : Up to 75%
