Job Responsibilities :

1. Responsible for day to day work of the service assurance desk
operations
2. Track and resolve issues escalated by CSD
2. To follow up with other functions for resolution of issues
3. Manage customer satisfaction, service KPIs, SLAs & issues
4. To follow MOPs & guidelines for timely resolution of issue
5. Notification of service problems & irregularities to customer service
department.
6. Adhere to the organizational guidelines & departmental processes &
procedures.
7. Work towards the individual performance parameters assigned by the
shift manager.

Education Requirement :

BE (EC/CS/IT)

Experience Requirement :

Minimum 3 Years - Maximum 5 Years

Skills & Competencies :

1. Knowledge of technical support activities
2. To delegate the tasks efficiently within the team so as to meet SLAs
well within the time limits
3. Participation in internal technical discussions in view to improve
overall performance
