Responsibilities:

Perform physical / mechanical testing for toys and juvenile products according to international / national / client specific standard

Complete data sheets and enter test result in BV lab

Analyze testing data and prepare technical testing reports

Review testing results according to international and approved testing standards

Conducting failure analysis

Provide instructions and guidance to juniors to perform testing procedures

Physical works involving in manual handling and/or lifting and moving samples may be required as assigned by supervisor

 

Job Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above in Physics, Materials Sciences, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related discipline

At least 1-year relevant experience in product quality/ product testing. 

Experience gained from commercial laboratory or toys/ premium industry highly preferred

Familiar with international testing standards for toys & juvenile products

Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Engineer
