Introduction
Candidate will be responsible for the Purchase and sourcing of Direct Material for Rubber plant. You will be ensuring timely delivery, product quality and optimum cost of the product, also ensuring adherence to HSE & Quality standard of the Metso.
This position is located in Alwar.
What you’ll do
Purchase and Sourcing of Direct production material ie Castings, Aluminium components, machining components, Fabrication materials. RFQ, Negotiation and Order finalisation. Knowledge and understanding of different metals and materials. Good understanding of Engineering Drawings. Maintain and improve supplier relationships and be responsible for supplier’s quality and delivery performance. Ensure compliance of our procurement policies, sustainability and develop procurement’s performance. Ensure MO code of conduct is being adhered. Timely Visiting suppliers (Within the NCR region) Data analysis, MIS and presentation.
Who you are
Engineering degree in Mechanical /Industrial /Production Engineering. Minimum 3-6 years’ experience in Purchase. Fluency in English and Hindi language Proficiency in MS office. Working on ERP systems (SAP preferred) Have good planning & strategic analytical skills Excellent communication, collaboration & influencing skills.
