Support new business plans by active involvement in cost, capability & capacity study by identifying new technology and developing new capabilities for Test

Control & manage resources to maximize test equipment uptime & capacity for production requirements. 

Modify, install & improve test systems and test procedures. 

Control cost & forecast budget / expenditure. 

Maintain documentation system. 

Participate in employee involvement team. 

Conduct regular PM on test equipment. 

Provide training to Test Engineering Assistant / Technician. 

Perform special projects. 

Resolve all test hardware & software issues to meet zero TPF. 

Develop & drive action of the test TTT for all products. 

Modify test software to enhance test method. 

 

Degree preferably with10-15 years experience in Manufacturing. 

Independent and able to work under minimum supervision 

Ability to develop good working relationship with colleagues and vendors. 

Good organizing skills, Microsoft Excel/Word/PPT 

Familiar with typical test equipment
