Key Responsibilities: + Conduct functional testing of intermediate and finished goods kits according to approved SOPs + Document accurate test results using Excel spreadsheets and workbooks + Maintain lot histories and evaluate test data for trends and discrepancies + Independently revise and update SOPs and/or worksheets + Assist in maintaining and organizing the QC Laboratory space. Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: + Minimum BA/BS in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Bioscience or equivalent with 0 - 2 years of Quality Assurance/Quality Control experience, preferably in the medical diagnostics industry + Strong laboratory skills, including pipetting, safety, and hazardous chemical handling + Understanding of cGMP and its application in the work environment + Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately + Clear and concise documentation skills + Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software + Strong multitasking abilities and ability to work independently **Compensation and Benefits** The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $60,000.00–$75,000.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
