Establish wafer and/or package level HCI, BTI, HTRB, GOI, PID, TDDB test methodologies and test program.

Execute benchmarked reliability test plan for new process qualification, process reliability monitor (PRM) programs, change requests and line issues.

Drive for effective CA/PA on HCI, BTI, HTRB, GOI, PID, TDDB and reliability failures.

Best practice to drive for test cycle time, cost, productivity and test capability improvement.

Build up modeling for HCI/BTI Aging model and use the modeling to support IC designers’ reliability simulation.

Support customer engagement in reliability aspects. Provide reliability presentations for customer visit. Participate in reliability risk assessment meetings with customers.

Build up in-house equipment troubleshooting capabilities.

Ensure conformance to quality certification standards requirements e.g. JEDEC Standard JEP001, TS16949.
