**Purpose of Position:** The purpose of the position is to create standards and establish metrics in driving product quality. Needs to maintain highest level of quality standards and meet the required customer expectations. **Key Responsibilities:** + Developing and implementing quality standards and control mechanism for ensuring quality control. + Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met. + Monitor production processes in real-time to ensure adherence to quality standards. + Analyze process data to identify trends, variations, and areas for improvement. + Identify quality-related issues during the manufacturing process and work with teams to resolve them. + Employ root cause analysis techniques to determine the underlying causes of defects. + Prepare reports on quality metrics, non-conformances, and corrective actions for management review. + Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control procedures and best practices. + Address customer complaints related to product quality and work on corrective actions. + Interface with the project team and client towards inspection and resolution of quality issues including raising NAR (Non-Acceptance + Report) and NCR (Non-Compliance Report) and follow up for closure on time. + Implement and monitor all QMS (Quality Management System) related activities. **Education & Experience** : The ideal candidate will have + Total Experience in years:3 – 5 Years of experience in CNG business + Graduation/ Degree: BE / B. Tech in Mechanical / ECE / E&I + Post-Graduation/ PGDM :MBA in Operations will be an added Advantage. Not Mandatory.
