Purpose of Position: 
The purpose of the position is to create standards and establish metrics in driving product quality. Needs to maintain highest level of quality standards and meet the required customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities: 

\n\nDeveloping and implementing quality standards and control mechanism for ensuring quality control. \nInspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met.\nMonitor production processes in real-time to ensure adherence to quality standards.\nAnalyze process data to identify trends, variations, and areas for improvement.\nIdentify quality-related issues during the manufacturing process and work with teams to resolve them.\nEmploy root cause analysis techniques to determine the underlying causes of defects.\nPrepare reports on quality metrics, non-conformances, and corrective actions for management review.\nProvide training and guidance to production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.\nAddress customer complaints related to product quality and work on corrective actions.\nInterface with the project team and client towards inspection and resolution of quality issues including   raising NAR (Non-Acceptance\nReport) and NCR (Non-Compliance Report) and follow up for closure on time.\nImplement and monitor all QMS (Quality Management System) related activities.\n

Education & Experience:  The ideal candidate will have 

\n\nTotal Experience in years:3 – 5 Years of experience in CNG business \nGraduation/ Degree: BE / B. Tech in Mechanical / ECE / E&I\nPost-Graduation/ PGDM :MBA in Operations will be an added Advantage. Not Mandatory.\n\n

Mandatory Certifications Required:  - 
Other preferred courses/ certifications: ATEX / UL / ISO related Certifications

Background and Skills:  

\n\nGood communication skills with clarity in thoughts. \nTechnical expertise in Quality Tools – Proficient in testing methodologies, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, CAPA and QMS \nGood knowledge on ISO standards and requirements \nTeam player - Work with cross functional stake holders and achieving the common goals of the organization within stipulated time. \nAccountability: Ensuring strong responsibility and prioritizing to deliver our commitments on time. \nCustomer Driven: Deeply understanding the customer expectations and developing the innovative solutions to meet the future needs. \nThe candidate should have worked in large MNCs and handled multiple customers / product portfolios.
