In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Ability to handle diverse workpeople.
Create and maintain a safe work environment. Be responsible for the maintenance and protection of company property in the assigned work area.
Plan daily work assignments and periodic rotations for assigned employees to meet objectives. Delegate routine and wide variety of tasks at the solenoid valve & cylinder station, such as Valve Assembly, Valve testing, coil winding, spot welding, soldering, molding, coil testing, etc.
Share responsibility and accountability for schedule, quality of product, and safety with direct reports. Set clear objectives and measures and monitor progress and results.
Maintain and support ongoing training programs. Participate in the development of new or updated training programs as necessary. Provide tasks and assignments that challenge and stretch employees’ abilities. Conduct regular discussions with employees on personal development.
Conduct timely, effective performance reviews in accordance with company guidelines. Regularly meet one-on-one with assigned employees and provide current, direct, complete, and actionable feedback that is both constructive and positive.
Communicate regularly to assigned employees on matters such as business conditions, goals, trends, and accomplishments.
Demonstrate knowledge of, and consistently and fairly administer and support, company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Demonstrate proficient knowledge of manufacturing practices and processes.

You work to create a feeling of belonging and strong team morale For This Role, You Will Need: Minimum 3-6 years of proven experience as a production supervisor or similar role in manufacturing-related activities. Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of three (3) years or diploma with a minimum of six (6) years of related experience. Proficient in MS Office Suites such as MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
