Lead mitigation strategies definition to ensure successful outcomes. • Approve Aerodynamic Knowledge Domain specific defense designs proposed by the team for complex design. • Collect lessons learned, ensure use of common approach across programs and identify areas of improvement and evolution. • Plan, update and support the Bombardier Engineering System for Aerodynamics Knowledge Domain. • Cultivate an academic and industry network and influence the development of emergent technologies and standards for Aerodynamics Knowledge Domain. • Maintain a positive outlook and constructive attitude during difficult and complex situations. • Champion of ethical practices and policies, drive positive change and promote a culture of integrity, respect and inclusiveness. • Share deep technical knowledge and guidance within the team, provide mentorship to professional and technical expert engineers and recommend development action of technical experts as part of PDP. • Provide large Defense project cross-functional management leveraging program level Integrated Master Schedules provided by project management team.
