JD: Developer II – Software Engineering
Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent degree
· Minimum 3 years of experience in Power Platform development
· Minimum 2 years of experience PowerApps Canvas, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online.
· Strong understanding of enterprise solutions, including design patterns, development, configuration, deployment, testing, implementation, and security practices
· Familiarity with Power Platform Pipelines for CI/CD, ALM workflows, and agile development methodologies
· Understanding of the security and access control models in both Power Platform and SharePoint
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
· Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
· Professional certification such as Microsoft’s PL-400 or PL-600 is highly desirable
