Job Description Summary:

Engineer Mfg Technical Training, reporting to the Director of GFES Program Management, is primarily responsible for establishing the technical training foundation within the GFES organization. This role involves standardizing and modernizing content, executing training programs, and setting up a technical training performance dashboard. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of GF’s Learning Management System (LMS) to support workforce capability and ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update training records in the LMS

Promote & enroll employees in training courses & manage training session logistics

Support the creation and uploading the training content in the LMS (e.g WBT training)

Track completion of the training, compile training feedbacks and generate reports as needed

Coordinate with trainers, managers, and other stakeholders to schedule and document training sessions

Assis in audit preparation and compliance tracking

Standardize and document training related processes

Modernize existing training materials

Qualifications:

Completed bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication Information Systems or relevant field

Proficiency in SumTotal LMS or similar management systems is preferred

Strong projection coordination skills

Data driven mindset with attention to details

String attention to details and organizational skills
