If you enjoy manual work, like maintaining order and cleanliness, and have an eye for detail, then you've come to the right place. **Your key responsibilities include:** + Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of hotel facilities, rooms, and public areas + Carrying out minor repairs and maintenance work + Supervising and coordinating external contractors + Ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene regulations + Assisting with relocations, renovations, and remodeling projects + General janitorial duties such as checking technical systems, lighting, heating, and ventilation + Assisting with warehousing and inventory control of materials and tools + Ensuring and monitoring compliance with HACCP and occupational health and safety guidelines **Be able.** + Completed vocational training (e.g., electrician, plumber, painter, carpenter, etc.) or comparable experience + Experience in hotel or facility management is an advantage + Independent, reliable, and diligent work ethic + Flexibility and willingness to work outside of regular working hours if necessary + Teamwork skills and a friendly demeanor + Good German language skills; English is an advantage **Be connected.** _Then we look forward to getting to know you!
