Your ‘day to day’

 

As an Engineer Laboratory Data Management, you will support and enhance data management activities within Non-Clinical Sciences, ensuring data integrity, standardization, and automation to facilitate efficient and accurate data handling. You will perform duties in accordance to Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) according to the RS 813.112.1 Ordonnance sur les bonnes pratiques de laboratoire (OBPL) du 18 mai 2005 (Etat le 12 juillet 2005) and the respective PMI procedures.

 

More specifically, you'll

 

Support/assist in establishing and maintaining data management processes for Non-Clinical activities, ensuring adherence to SOPs and WKIs.Contribute to the implementation of data standardization processes in line with the CDISC Tobacco Implementation standards, ensuring data is FAIR.Participate in the design and implementation of automated data flows when there is a clear business benefit.Consolidate scientific and operational data in database, and build associated reports.Support the design and implementation of laboratory automation platforms and workflows, ensuring they meet business needs.Collaborate/work closely with IT to ensure smooth integration and support for data management systems.Integrate laboratory instruments, and provide support on data management systems and activities.Map processes according to business needs to support data management and data integrity activities. 

 

Who we’re looking for

 

Master’s (preferred) or Bachelor’s Degree in in Science, Data Science, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, or a related area, or equivalent experience and skills.Certification or demonstrated education in programming.Minimum 3 years’ experience in the field of laboratory data management or management of laboratory systems.Demonstrated experience in Python programming.Experience in implementing or supporting laboratory automation platform.Knowledge of computerized systems validation (GAMP5, 21 CFR Part11) is preferred.Fluency in English, both written and spoken is required.
