We are looking for you to join our team as an Industrial Engineer based out of Sunnyvale, CA.
You will be joining an energetic Industrial Engineering team as an Industrial Engineer supporting a low volume, high-mix manufacturing environment. Your role will include interaction with cross-functional teams and leaders in a manufacturing production and operational management environment supporting mission critical hardware for the US Navy.
You will see a variety of assignments which include maintaining accuracy of time standards for operations and order duration, efficiencies, tools and methods for cost and schedule performance and forecasting, as well as work cell and equipment capacity information. Analyze and design sequence of operations and work flow to improve efficiencies in production facilities and equipment layouts. Establish methods for maximum utilization of production facilities, machinery, and personnel. Conduct studies pertaining to cost control, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems. On the basis of these studies, develop and implement plans and programs for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods. Additional opportunities may include establishing accident prevention measures, support of training programs for personnel in all phases of production, assist facilities engineers in the planning and design of facility layouts, and performing data analysis to aid investment justifications and improvement sustainment metrics tracking.

Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
