Job Description
The Engineer in Training (EIT) Program is an important global program that introduces engineers to Rockwell Automation products, software and explains how they are integrated into our customers’ manufacturing process to help provide benefits such as improved productivity.
We are looking for an Engineer-In-Training (EIT) to be based in our Singapore or Malaysia Office.
Reporting to Solutions and Services Business Leader, Singapore, you will undergo 1-year structured training program which includes 4 months core technical training in our global standard training center & 6 months of Job rotation program to get exposure to different functions in the organization.
Your Responsibilities:Engage and demonstrate learning attitude in first 1-year training program.Understand organization, business functions, roles and responsibilities of projects and services engineer.Learn products, software and gain practical experience in projects/services/other responsibilities.You will assume responsibility of either Project Engineer (PE) / Field Service Engineer (FSE) after 1-year.Complete tasks in automation projects such as design, programming and commissioningTarget completion of automation projects on time and meet customer requirementsSupport project managers to solve technical problemsDevelop new integrated solutionsThe Essentials - You Will Have:Bachelor Engineering Degree in any of the following functions like Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Electronics & Communication.Good knowledge and understanding of core subjects with basic knowledge of Digital Electronics, Basics of Electricals and Programming LanguagesThe Preferred - You Might Also Have:Fresh graduate / Less than 12 months experience in the fieldWhat We Offer:Our benefits package includes …
