To expand our company we are looking for a dedicated and motivated ENGINEER IN TRAINING for our LIFE CYCLE SERVICES department.
Engineer in Training Program
The Engineer in Training (EIT) phase takes up to 12 months and consist of the following main phases:
General onboarding (IT, internal trainings, different teams)16 week EIT training class in Katowice, Poland https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aHzbiGxx_jkYou will be mentored and ramped up on the productive engineering tasksWhat you will do after the EIT program
Software and HMI-Engineering based on our product portfolio and 3rd party products.Drive and Motion, sizing and programmingDevelop and implement new technologies to increase plant productivity.Work independent on small projects or in a team on bigger projects…On-site and Off-site.Consult and present technical solutions to customers.Service interventions and commissioning at customer sitesLocation / Work Type
You will be part of the engineering team based in Root, D4, Switzerland, reporting to local engineering team leadHybrid work model with flexible working hours to promote work-life-balanceProjects can be done remote or at customer siteThe essentials - you will have:
Degree in automation technology, information technology, electrical engineering or similar.Mindset to break down complex issues and develop applicable solutionsYou work independently but you are also a team playerProficiency in English and GermanThe preferred - you might also have:
1+ years of experience with Rockwell Automation software and our products.Any other language like French or Italian.We offer:
