Our Ciudad Apodaca facility is looking for an exceptionally dedicated individual to help us achieve flawless results in product engineering and manufacturing.
**Profile**
+ Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineer, or related field, with 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.
+ Comprehension of plastic injection and molding processes, familiarity with resins, tolerances, and assembly procedures, essential for information analysis.
+ Familiarity with the product development process.
+ Creative and passionate about crafting solutions to customer challenges.
+ Project management and scheduling skills.
+ SAP (Material Master) knowledge.
+ Experience with engineering software such as SolidWorks, Project, Planner & AutoCAD.
+ Proficient in English.
+ Cross-functional collaboration.
**Responsibilities**
+ Launch, execution, and documentation of engineering changes in the product.
+ Maintain the integrity of engineering documents.
+ Build and update the “Bill of Material” (BOM), product drawings, production versions, and “Routings”.
+ Prepare new product and process opportunity quotations.
+ Develop new products.
+ Implement engineering or design changes based on feedback from prototype testing and customer evaluations.
+ Lead projects of capacity expansion and/or product/process transfers.
+ Support and/or complete validation tests in engineering changes, new developments, and/or prototypes.
+ Support and maintain products according to the direction of Product Managers.
+ Audit and ensure the “BOM” and “DWG” in the operation.
+ Lead engineering change meetings.
+ Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and quality assurance, to launch products on schedule and within budget.
+ Provide engineering documentation necessary for production execution.
+ Conduct risk assessments to the product and/or process.
+ Provide day-to-day support to the operation.
