**Engineer II\-Sustainability** **Description** * You will help navigate Kautex CVS to improve on Global Carbon Footprint: * Act as a project leader for sustainable local projects in relations with local stakeholders \(internally: Plants, Communication, local office; externally: OEM, suppliers\) * Support the deployment of sustainable trainings locally as animator / teacher * Support HQ corporate sustainability team with CDP/ESG/SBTi/Ecovadis in order to improve the overall sustainable performances of Kautex Global * Develop and follow a process of carbon footprint tracking for Kautex Global * Identify efficiencies or areas where Kautex can improve on environmental impact * Evolve and recommend initiatives for achieving corporate goals for GHG reduction OR green energy adoptions, including progress toward Net Zero goals or Science Based Targets \(SBTs\) * Participate in improving CDP rating for Kautex Global by proposing improvement methods * Develop sustainability strategies including their presentations for executive level as well as performing the analysis and performance benchmarking to support Kautex organizational goal setting and implementation * Develop and maintain customer\-centric carbon accounting tools, including updating emission factors and giving technical support to Kautex sales / engineering teams This job description is not exhaustive, and you may be required to undertake other duties as necessary **Qualifications** \- Bachelor´s or Master´s Degree in Sustainability or Environmental Sciences, Energy or a related Sustainability field, or Degree in Mechanical or Electronical Engineering, Mechatronics or a comparable education * International background, ability to manage multiple stakeholders in different countries and contexts * Basic knowledge of the GHG, CDP \(previous working experience on these topics is a plus\) * Strong presentation and relationship skills, team player attitude * Fluent English, German is an advantage * Excellent knowledge of MS office \(specifically Excel, PPT, Outlook\) * Excellent command of Business English **Recruiting Company:** Textron India PVT Limited **Primary Location:** India-Mylasandra-Bangalore **Job Function:** Engineering **Schedule:** Full-time **Job Level:** Individual Contributor **Job Type:** Experienced **Shift:** First Shift **Job Posting:** 09/11/2025, 11:31:04 PM **Job Number:** 335259
