This role requires strong experimental design skills, data analysis capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively within deadlines. + Development and improvement of filtration and membrane-based products. + Design and execute experiments to evaluate product performance and process parameters. + Analyze experimental data and prepare detailed technical reports. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality assurance, and sales. + Utilize CAD software and other design tools to support product development. + Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion. + Support technology transfer activities. + Stay updated with advancements in filtration and membrane technologies and integrate relevant innovations into product development. + Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field. + Minimum of 5 years of experience in R&D, preferably in filtration, membrane technology, or biopharmaceutical product development. + Strong knowledge of filtration principles, membrane materials, and testing methodologies. + Proficient in experimental design, data analysis, and technical documentation. + Experience with CAD software and product design tools. + Excellent communication and teamwork skills. + Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively. + Experience with biopharmaceutical or medical device filtration products is highly desirable.
