Luxuriously appointed private villas are built into a gently terraced hillside named Bukit Permai, which means "beautiful hill".

Who we look for:

We are seeking an experienced plumber who demonstrates a strong commitment to excellence. A candidate who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything he does. We look for individuals with the highest integrity, an eye for detail, and collaborative nature.

Preferred qualifications & skills:

Diploma graduated

Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience as a plumber in a hotel, resort, or similar hospitality environment.

Technical or vocational certification in plumbing or a related field.

Experience handling plumbing issues in guest rooms, public areas, kitchens and back-of-house facilities.

Familiar with hotel preventive maintenance programs and record.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.

Positive attitude, good communication skill to coordinate with Engineering team and other departments.

What will you do:

Handle preventative maintenance of all equipment and update appropriate logs.

Handle all repairs of equipment including motors, starters, breakers, chillers and associated equipment throughout the entire building.

Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

Respond to guest calls regarding maintenance of rooms and equipment in rooms or public area in a timely manner.

Respond to all emergency conditions such as fires, power failures, etc.
