How You’ll Help Us Connect the World:
Coordinate activities of Quality Assurance program through site Quality Systems on raw materials, product on process and finish product.
Assure compliance with ISO 9000 and TL9000 requirements.
Manage all activities and resources required to perform this position. Will manage and supervise quality inspectors and quality technicians. If required by quality manager will manage Quality Supervisors or Quality Engineers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate Assurance and Quality Control activities.
Dealing with intercompany and customer notifications related to assigned production area. Run reports and updates to support decision making process in quality.
Promote and practice structured continuous improvements using quality tools. Improve effectiveness of Quality management systems through participation in internal audits, management reviews and document reviews. Facilitate effective corrective actions.
Identify and report quality problems or trends. Assists in identifying and eliminating the root causes of these problems.

Required Qualifications for Consideration
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field. Experience 2-4 years in Quality within a Manufacturing Environment Proficient in English language (written and spoken) Experience using Statistical Data, ISO 9000, problem resolution (customer complaints). Handle tasks independently/ self-starter/proactive.
