Position Overview:
Provides specialized support for project-related activities. Ensures the quality of solutions provided and the reliability of associated documentation.
Manages project execution for products and production lines, including all stages of validation through implementation. This is done while ensuring adherence to the plan in terms of time and cost.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintains direct relationships with other ConvaTec (CVT's) plants, suppliers, and key members of other projects.Ensures a smooth transition from process development to positive manufacturing performance, ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety procedures.Participates in the implementation of projects, ensuring they meet expected cost and quality expectations, sharing industry best practices.Ensure Bill of Material (BOM) impacted by their projects are updated.Communicates the status and progress of tasks under their responsibility appropriately, both in writing and verbally, to internal and external departments.Responsible for a high level of creativity and integration in the design/development of new or improved processes, systems, components, prototypes, selection of materials, machinery, new products, and/or equipment to support the manufacturing and packaging of ConvaTec products.Uses tools to develop and execute action plans with minimal supervision, evaluating and modifying procedures as needed.Must have the ability to work in a methodical and organized manner. Possesses strong project management skills and the ability to develop and follow proposals and plans.Works with minimal supervision, demonstrates good initiative, and follows through, focusing on details while understanding how the work fits into the project.Remains flexible and open to new departmental needs, understands the importance of modifying approach or style to adapt to the situation, and is receptive to new methods and ideas.Promotes teamwork and develops strong relationships between Operations Departments and supporting functional areas to more effectively achieve business objectives.Assists with the interpretation, presentation, collection, and distribution of process performance metrics.Conducts Engineering Studies and validation support activities (Validation Plan, URS, FAT, SAT)Develops and modifies Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Authority (if applicable):

Skills & Experience:
3-5 years of relevant work experience.Experience conducting risk analysis.Execution of projects in a methodical and organized manner.Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.Leading process control functions and initiatives and participating in key projects as a core team member.Proficiency in standard software applications used at ConvaTec.Knowledge of Process Control Tools.Experience in validations and change control for products, processes, and systems.Knowledge of medical device regulations, such as: CFR 820, ISO 13485, etc.Operates in a team environment, working on multiple projects and changing priorities.Demonstrates a basic understanding of CVT's manufacturing business.Leadership of multidisciplinary teams.Qualifications/Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.Desirable: Certifications in Lean or Six Sigma.Desirable: Postgraduate studies certificate.Dimensions:
