Education

High school diploma or equivalent experience required.

Experience

Proven experience in software troubleshooting.Experience in Chromeleon installations and qualifications.Extensive customer support experience.

Strong problem-solving skills.Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.Excellent communication skills.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

Must be willing to travel extensively to support a large pharmaceutical customer base.
