Works with engineering lead and other departments within Hussmann. Works on 1 to 2 engineering projects with new or existing products with emphasis on engineering tasks. + Basic understanding of the needs and impact of other functions on the business. Interaction with immediate and cross functional teams within Hussmann. + Provides input and directions to cross functional departments to meet product specifications and expectations. Able to give direction on solutions for known customer issues. + Identify and eliminate opportunities for manufacturing errors using a standard process. + Basic understanding of engineering BOM and design processes. **Qualifications** Formal Education Requirement: Bachelor Degree in Engineering Discipline with 0 - 2 Years of Equivalent Engineering Experience. Closing date: August 31, 2025 The salary or hourly range of $55,055 $105,875 is just one component of Hussmann’s total package. Actual compensation varies depending on the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives. The minimum hourly wage for this role will be the greater of the posted range, or minimum wage for the location where the employee will be working, subject to local minimum wage requirements.
