Cboe is one of the World’s largest Exchange operators. The End User Computing (EUC) team handles supporting End User equipment, accesses, and software Cboe associates need to effectively do their jobs. EUC works closely with our customers to ensure solutions to their issues or requests are met promptly.
EUC Engineers exhibit exceptional skills in automation, systems integration, and troubleshooting. They handle identifying issues and presenting solutions to EUC management that focus on long-term improvements or addressing current challenges. EUC Engineers attend EUC Sprint planning meetings where they propose new projects and receive other project assignments. Serving as the second-tier support for all EUC Specialists, engineers collaborate with the Information Security and other Infrastructure Teams on both projects and urgent fixes. Also, they manage the work queue like EUC specialists to stay informed about ongoing EUC issues.

Minimum of 3 Year experience as a EUC specialist or equivalent work experienceThorough understanding of Microsoft Windows 11 and Office productsSolid background in Azure Active Directory, Endpoint Manager, Teams, Exchange OnlineWorking knowledge of Windows Server, Domain Controllers, DNS, DFS, and DHCPSolid background in AD administration including Group Policies and Security GroupsDevelop a cooperative relationship with end-users of all technical abilitiesA drive to create an atmosphere of competence, trust, and respect with all end-usersAn “automate everything” attitude and desire for effective and efficient processesHighly methodical and analytical approach to problem solving and evaluating technologiesWorks well in a team environmentDedication to quality and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication#LI-JS1
