What this opportunity involves: 

Overall Technical responsibility of facilities service delivery for the Engineering Command CentreTo manage comprehensive engineering and facilities management servicesPerforms installation, maintenance, repair, and operation of mechanical, electrical, and power generation equipment and systems.Operates systems in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with government regulatory compliance and standard operating procedures.Performs predictive, planned, preventative, and routine maintenance as well as equipment rounds, and service requests as directed.Assists with the development and improvement of preventative maintenance programs, schedules, work instructions, SOPs, and operational procedures.To achieve financial and other KPIs established by the clients and Assistant Regional Engineering Manager. Delivery of services in accordance with the the client’s Management Agreement SLA.

Main Duties:

Responsible for site facilities engineering operationsEstablish Engineering & Operational procedures and roll out for site staffResponsible for delivery of services in accordance with the clients’ Management SLAEnsure compliance with all governmental regulationsThe single point of technical issue for FM at the siteImplement the energy management programs to reduce the cost on utilitiesManaging all contract vendors to carries out technical audits/ maintenance for all installation as scheduleDevelop of technical service standardInitiate planning of Critical Environment procedureProvide solutions for technical issueInitiate a system to measure the quality of performance on a monthly basisInitiate Preventive Management ProgramResponsible for Early involvement in Facilities Operation and provide advisory service during Site Inspection and Project DevelopmentSolution Provision for minor projects and coordinating with contractors/vendors from initiation to completionManagement and supervision of preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance on engineering systems via system vendors or JLL technician teamManagement of parts inventory and life cycle replacementMaintenance of as-fitted drawing and O&M manualAssist to complete the clients/JLL audits on engineering systems and servicesEstablishment and implementation of engineering budgetsOperate CMR and BMR ticketsOrganize power downsCommunicate with the BMO/ Landlords for building issues for the clients operations and interests24 x 7 emergency call support and site attendance as requiredPreparing incident reportsAssist monthly FM report

University degree or professional qualification in engineeringOver 5 years practical experience in facilities maintenance operationsExperience of engineering systems troubleshootingAbility to think laterally and deliver innovative solutionsStrong interpersonal, decision-making and people skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsFluent spoken & written EnglishIT literate
