What this job involves:

Equipment Maintenance and Management

Responsible for daily inspection, repair, and maintenance of various equipment, including property, electrical, and air conditioning facilitiesDevelop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure all systems operate normallyIdentify and resolve potential issues promptly to extend equipment lifespan

Team Management

Lead a team of technicians, providing guidance and supervision for their daily workAllocate tasks to ensure work efficiency and qualityTrain team members to enhance their technical skills and professional competence

Project Management

Assist in completing engineering projects and monitor work progressCoordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure projects are completed on time and to standardParticipate in project planning and budget preparation

Reporting and Communication

Report daily maintenance progress and on-site conditions by 52-Week PPM schedulePrepare regular maintenance reports for management and relevant departmentsMaintain good communication with other departments to ensure smooth facility maintenance operations

Emergency Response

Handle emergency repair services, responding quickly to resolve unexpected issuesDevelop contingency plans to ensure rapid and effective action in emergency situations

Improvement and Innovation

Establish plans and propose building improvement solutionsEvaluate existing systems and processes, offering optimization suggestionsResearch new technologies and methods to improve facility management efficiency and sustainability

Desired experience and technical skills

Required

Higher Diploma or above from a recognized Technical Institute in relevant subjectsAt least 5 years comparable supervisory working experienceHolder of Registered Electrical Worker Grade B is a mustInterpersonal and supervisory skills, behave politely and courteouslyAble to prepare reports in both Chinese & EnglishAble to communicate in Chinese and English fluentlyWilling to work with strong team spirit and collaboration abilitiesProactive and self-motivated
