Good drawing & customer standard knowledgeS/A drawing preparation in auto cad.JIG board drawing preparation in auto cadConnector & Clip view ,Tolerance Knowledge, Proto sample hands on job preferenceGood knowledge of takt time, cycle time, manpower calculation , efficiencyLine balancing and implementation of Kanban system.Design capability of Kit station, FA Board ,clip board electrical testing ,vision, etcGood knowledge of 4 M :- Man, Machine , Material , MethodEquipment Calculation & Utilization , All type Holder ATBU sheet Preparation & Ordering & Controlling .PFD & PFMEA & DFM Preparation & workshop with CFT teamPPAP Audit Need to Handle with resolving problem during line releaseGood English communication skills & Presentation skills are essentialShould be ready to support design related activities/ built support at customer location.Good knowledge for Innovation & Automation in wiring field.

Education & Qualification :

Engineering Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical & AutomobileGood communication and presentation skillsAt least 6-8 years’ experience in W/H Design
